    John M. King IV has over 30 years of experience in various aspects of private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project finance, and consolidations. John’s prior experience includes the founding of the Denver-based buyout firm CEO Equity, L.L.C. to raise a $50 million Leverage Buyout Fund, the founding of Denver-based private equity firm UniFi Capital Partners, L.L.C., and has an affiliation with the $1.5 billion Denver-based buyout firm, KRG Capital Partners, L.L.C., RevelStoke Capital Partners, and MountainGate Capital, where he conducted acquisition platform development.

    Mark Mays spent several decades managing projects for large Fortune 50 Companies. He founded and managed a consulting company with over 50 senior management consultants, and developed a number of key technologies for the classified environment. He founded a company that managed the ownership transition of a medical services company. He has taught various aspects of project management to large financial organizations, and will be coordinating projects for CapitalGenesis.

Successfully established and built new companies, executed large downstream and upstream oil and gas construction projects, including the $4 billion ExxonMobil Pt Thomson project completed in 2016 in the Arctic .
